Pan Seared Tuna with Garlic Puree and Shallot Dressing

Pan Seared of tuna combined with Creamy Garlic Puree and Shallot Dressing and Pan Roasted Leek and mix fresh garden salad as a side dish.
Very light, Healty and delicated meal.. Serve with a bottle of white wine will be a great food for dinner... Simple but tasty..!
