Butter...

Butter is one of the most important ingredient in culinary art, have a rich and creamy taste, one of my favorite ingredient.
Most frequently made from cows' milk, butter can also be manufactured from the milk of other mammals, including sheep, goats, buffalo, and yaks. Salt, flavorings and preservatives are sometimes added to butter.

One of my favourite sauce which also happened to be a mother sauce is hollandaise sauce. It is made from egg yolk and clarified butter (Butter heated slowly until the fat and the fat solid seperates).

I like to make egg benedict for its creamy and rich texture.
I have created english muffin with poached egg, crispy bacon and hollandaise sauce. It is best taken for breakfast to make a great start for the day.




We now know that butter’s negative reputation was undeserved, and instead that butter substitutes and manmade trans fats are the true culprits that pose threats to our health.ndeed, recent studies reveal just how important butter is to a healthy diet. It supplies our bodies with vitamins and minerals; boosts our immune system; helps hormone production; and supports our bones, organs, and most importantly, our brain. Good natural butter is satisfying and can even help with maintaining a healthy weight. 
So... what are you waiting for.. take out your pan and cooking with butter... enjoy the amazing and unique taste ..
