Porky..

Pork.. is one of my favorite meat, has a tender, juicy, sweet meat and contain a lot of Fat!! I love fat!! lol.. Very Delicate!
I love to cook this meat, easy to handle.. But.. you need to cook carefully. Just roast it.. and .. yummy.. ^^

Apple cider braised pork belly
Braised pork belly in apple cider and soya sauce serve with pasta. (Trying to combine east and west ingridients..)Has a juicy and tender meat.. then the fat will melt when it come to mouth... 






Braised pork belly chinese style

Pork belly braised in soya sauce, sweet soya sauce, oyster sauce and mix spices, tie in banana leaf to maintain the shape and to get the flavor of the leaf as well. Tender and rich in taste, good to serve with hot steam rice.. Wowww....




Roasted Pork Belly


Roasted Pork belly, before that marinated with salt, black pepper, ground chili and dried mix herbs.. then roast it.. crispy skin, juicy and tender inside.. good to serve with sweet fermented bean sauce... A bottle of white wine is perfect to accompany this meal...
