Porky..
Pork.. is one of my favorite meat, has a tender, juicy, sweet meat and contain a lot of Fat!! I love fat!! lol.. Very Delicate!
I love to cook this meat, easy to handle.. But.. you need to cook carefully. Just roast it.. and .. yummy.. ^^

Simple Dishes and Easy to Cook
Pan Seared Mahi-Mahi
The mahi-mahi (in Hawaiian) (Coryphaena hippurus). In other languages it is known as lampuga, lampuka, rakingo, calitos, maverikos, dorado. These are surface-dwelling ray-finned fish found in off-shore temperate, tropical and subtropical waters worldwide. They are one of only two members of the Coryphaenidae family, the other being the pompano dolphinfish. Mahi-mahi means very strong in Hawaiian.Pan Seared Mahi-Mahi with white wine sauce and slow cooked onion and leek, dash of parsley oil. The Mahi-Mahi has a very light taste, it is good when served with a light sauce. If the sauce to strong, it will covering the taste of the fish.

Ratatouille is classic french braise or saute vegetables, usually served as a side dish, but also may be served as a meal on its own.

Pan Roasted Prawn with Grilled Eggplant and Orange Dressing. It is best serve for dinner. Juicy and tender fresh prawn combine with refresing Orange dressing. It is best paired with white wine and is hard to resist. Simple but Tasty..
Pizza time....
Crispy thin Pizza with pork, smoked bacon and Mozzarella cheese.
The smoked bacon best using pork belly, because of its fat which will 'melt' and the smoked flavor will combine into the pizza... yummy...
Sweet and Spicy Pan Fried Chicken
Pan Fried juicy and tender chicken breast with sweet fermented bean and spicy sauce, potato wedges for the side dish.

Butter...
Butter is one of the most important ingredient in culinary art, have a rich and creamy taste, one of my favorite ingredient.
Most frequently made from cows' milk, butter can also be manufactured from the milk of other mammals, including sheep, goats, buffalo, and yaks. Salt, flavorings and preservatives are sometimes added to butter.
One of my favourite sauce which also happened to be a mother sauce is hollandaise sauce. It is made from egg yolk and clarified butter (Butter heated slowly until the fat and the fat solid seperates).

I like to make egg benedict for its creamy and rich texture.
I have created english muffin with poached egg, crispy bacon and hollandaise sauce. It is best taken for breakfast to make a great start for the day.We now know that butter’s negative reputation was undeserved, and instead that butter substitutes and manmade trans fats are the true culprits that pose threats to our health.ndeed, recent studies reveal just how important butter is to a healthy diet. It supplies our bodies with vitamins and minerals; boosts our immune system; helps hormone production; and supports our bones, organs, and most importantly, our brain. Good natural butter is satisfying and can even help with maintaining a healthy weight.

One of my creation..
This one is stuffed chicken breast coated with crispy bacon serve with onion and tomato salsa, then sliced cucumber for the garnish. Simple, and easy to cook. This one will be good serve for brunch or lunch, light meal accompany with a glass of white wine or rose wine.
